Employment provided in three districts of J

New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) In Jammu and Kashmir 26,030 households were provided employment in Doda district, 26700 in Kupwara and 6578 in Poonch district upto December, 2006, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.

Minister for Rural Development Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said in a written reply that the average number of days for which employment has been provided per household in the district of Doda is 32, in Kupwara 3 and in Poonch 25.
