Probe into ''illegal'' tourist tents in Ranthambhore: Dave

Jaipur, Mar 20 (UNI) Rajasthan Forest and Environment Minister Laxmi Narayan Dave today assured the state Assembly that a probe into the allegations that the Ranthambhore National Park's core area was being used for putting up ''illegal'' tourist tents would be conducted.

He said stringent action would be taken against those officials found guilty of flouting the rules.

The question was raised during the Zero Hour by Mr Mohammad Mahir Azad (Cong).

Mr Dave said he had ordered for the investigation soon after he came to know of ''illegal'' activities being conducted in the park's core area.
