Pak panel postpones hearing on suspended judge

Pakistan's
top
judicial
watchdog,
which
is
hearing
accusations
against
the
country's
suspended
top
judge,
has
postponed
its
next
hearing
in
the
case
from
tomorrow
to
April
3,
a
Supreme
Court
official
today
said.
Lawyers,
outraged
about
the
government's
March
9
suspension
of
Chief
Justice
Iftikhar
Chaudhry,
and
an
opposition
alliance
of
religious
parties,
had
earlier
called
for
protests
outside
the
Supreme
Court
tomorrow.
