Oracle extends accelerate programme to Indian SMBs

New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) World's largest enterprise software company Oracle has tied up with local partners in India to extend its global Accelerate programme to Indian small and medium businesses.

Oracle, together with more than 50 partners, is launching a new portfolio of more than 80 industry-specific applications solutions to address the needs of companies in more than 30 industry segments across 14 countries.

These solutions from the partners are specially designed, packaged and priced for SMBs, with the aim of enabling SMBs to adopt modern technologies easily while reducing IT complexity and costs.

The move is part of the global Oracle Accelerate programme, which is the company's approach to meet the diverse IT requirements of SMBs by combining partner expertise with the industry's most comprehensive software portfolio, comprising both Oracle applications and technology solutions, the companys said in a release.

Oracle has more than 4,500 SMB customers in India.
