Google appoints new MD for India

New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) Google today appointed Mr Shailesh Rao as the Managing Director, Sales and Operations for its India operations.

Mr Rao will manage Google's domestic business and strategic partnerships in India.

''As we continue to invest in India, Mr Shailesh will focus on building a strong sales and operations team, developing Google's strategic partnerships and enhancing our relationships with the industry and government,'' company's Vice President Asia Pacific and Latin America Operations Sukhinder Singh said.
