EPIC Energy acquires Hydragen Infrastructures

New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) EPIC Energy Ltd today said it has acquired Hydragen Infrastructures Pvt Ltd (HIPL), a Bangalore-based firm operating energy saving devices in the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

With this, the company has become the largest operator of Energy Saving Devices for the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, with about 3,000 KVA of installed capacity, covering all the towns situated in the jurisdiction of the NMMC.

EPIC's Energy Saving Devices enable its clients to save energy between 15 and 50 per cent.

The acquisition also brings with it a large network of service infrastructure, including qualified and trained engineers. This will enable the company to provide efficient and scalable after sales maintenance and services to its customers, a statement said.

The company's recently acquired manufacturing facilities at Vadodara, coupled with HIPL's formidable service infrastructure, will enable it to enhance its value offerings to its clients, in their quest to conserve energy.
