BoR increases interest rate on term deposits
Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) Revising the interest rate on term deposits for the benefit of its more than 2 million customers across the country, Bank of Rajasthan (BoR) Ltd has announced a new interest rate of 10 per cent for term deposits having fixed maturity of 15 months.
The new interest rate will come into effect from March 5 for a limited period till March 31, a Bank of Rajasthan release here today said. This scheme will provide an additional interest of 0.25 per cent to senior citizens.
The rate of interest for other maturities remain unchanged. The interest rate on BoR Tax Saving Scheme, which is at present 9.50 per cent, remains unchanged, the release added.
