Air Force Chief Engineering Officers' Conference

Shillong, Mar 20 (UNI) Designated Air Chief Marshal F H Major today inaugurated the Chief Engineering Officers' Conference of all flying bases of Eastern Air Command.

He emphasised the importance of highest levels of maintenance practices that would in turn enhance flight safety standards.

During the conference, important maintenance issues related to various aircraft and weapon systems were reviewed with the overall objective of enhancing the operational preparedness of the AIF.
