PTDC hotels staff on strike

Puducherry, Mar 19 (UNI) Functioning of the Pondicherry Tourism Development Corporation-owned hotels was severely hit following a strike by the catering department staff in support of their demands.

They were demanding among other things a pay revision and provision of risk allowance. They also held a dharna infront of the corporation office today.
