HC rejects ruling SP leader's bail application

Allahabad, Mar 19 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today rejected the bail application of a ruling Samajwadi Party leader accused of murder during the Uttar Pradesh gram panchayat election.

Ram Briksha Yadav of Basti district had allegedly killed Mahatama Yadav after snatching the carbine from his shadow.

An FIR was lodged by Rakesh Kumar Yadav on August 25, 2005 in this regard. The order was passed by Justive Shiv Shankar.
