Haryana govt transfers 6 IGPs
Chandigarh, Mar 19 (UNI) The Haryana government today ordered the transfer of 42 police officers including six Inspector Generals of Police (IGPs).
An official release today said that M S Mann, IG Haryana Police Battalion, Madhuban and K P Singh, IG Home Guards will switch places. K K Sindhu will be the new IG Crime, while K K Mishra on promotion takes over as IG Security.
Sudhir Mohan on promotion as IGP has been made state Sports Director, while M S Ahalawat on promotion as IGP goes to the state Vigilance Bureau.
In addition the government also transferred two SP ranking officers, an ASP and 33 DSP's.
