Days warm up for coming summer season

New Delhi, Mar 19 (UNI) Delhiites got a wind of things to come with day temperature soaring to 33 degrees Celsius today.

Maximum temperature was 33.6 degrees Celsius, which was three degrees more than the average temperature this time of the year, indicating that long hot summer was just round the corner.

The maximum yesterday was 31.2 degrees Celsius.

Similarly, the minimum temperature today was 17 degrees Celsius compared to yesterday's 15.8 degrees.

The weather officer, however, predicted partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundershowers towards evening or night in the next 24 hours. Maximum and minimum temperature tomorrow was likely to be around 32 and 19 degrees Celsius respectively.
