CPI(M) self styled sub-zonal commander arrested

Latehar, Mar 19 (UNI) The Jharkhand Police has arrested a self-styled 'sub-zonal commander' of the banned CPI (Maoist) ultra in the ditrict last night.

Superintendent of Police Ravikant Dhan today said Kashi alias Santosh alias Bhikhu was caught from Manhania village under Monika police station.

Mr Dhan said various cases were lodged against the ultra with police stations at Latehar, Balumath and Chandwa.

He was also involved in an attack on the Hubu police station on April 26, 1996.
