Charges against Rajkamal Publication Director framed

Indore, Mar 19 (UNI) A local court has framed charges against Rajkamal Publication Director Ashok Maheshwari on a complaint related to changing the form of an astrological manuscript.

Judicial Magistrate Uday Singh Marawi framed the charges on March 16. The next hearing will take place on April 4.

In his complaint, Indore-based Pandit Dinesh Puranik had alleged that Mr Maheshwari took his astrological manuscript, photographs and outline on the promise of publishing it.

However, after storing the manuscript in the computer's hard disk, Mr Maheshwari refused to publish it.

Advocates Mahendra Vijaywargiya and Rajendra Pradhan were acting as Mr Puranik's counsel.
