Woman dies after falling off motorcycle

Nagpur, Mar 18 (UNI) A middle-aged woman died after falling off the motorcycle she was riding pillion in the rural parts of Nagpur district.

According to police, the woman, identified as Kusum Rambhau Bondre (50) was riding pillion on a motorcycle being driven by her son Anil Bondre (29) near Saoner in the district last evening. She fell down from the bike when the vehicle hit a bump in the road, sustaining injuries, the police sources said.

She was admitted to the rural hospital in Saoner, where she succumbed to her wounds, sources said here today.

The police have registered an offence under section 304 (A) against Anil, a resident of Nagpur city.
