Rohani to take part in int'l conf

Bhopal, Mar 18 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani will take part in the three-day Third Asia and India Region Central Parliaments Conference beginning at Islamabad on March 26, official sources said.

The event would witness discussion on experiences based on the working style of regional parliaments and networking. Mr Rohani would be accompanied by his deputy Hazarilal Raghuvanshi and Principal Secretary (Assembly) A K Payasi.

Discussions would also take place on the role of parliamentary communication for poverty alleviation, the importance of new technique in governance and the role of the Internet and telecasting towards improving democracy.
