Amarinder's flight speaks about his guilt: Badal
Muktsar, Mar 18 (UNI) Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today said that his government had no intention of indulging in political vendetta as the previous Congress government had done.
He made this comment when reporters drew his attention to reports in a section of the media that his predecessor Capt Amarinder Singh had left the country.
'' Well, Capt's action (going abroad) itself speaks about his guilty conscience'', he quipped without elaborating.
'' A person who had done nothing wrong should not be afraid from anybody'', he added.
According to reports, Capt Singh had left for London and would return after spending two weeks there.
The media has also reported that Mr B I S Chahal, the high profile media adviser to Capt Singh, when he was Chief Minister, had also gone abroad. The state government has so far not confirmed the whereabouts of Mr Chahal.
