Raichur and Gulbarga records highest temperature

Bangalore, Mar 17 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hrs today.

Dry weather provailed over the state. Maximum temperatures changed little over the state. They were appreciably above normal at many places over coastal Karntaka and were normal over interior Karnataka.

Raichur and Gulbarga both recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37.7 degree celsius over the state.

Minimum temperatures fell at most places being appreciably so a few places over north interior Karnataka and changed little over coastal Karnataka and south interior Karnataka. They were normal over the state.

Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 18.4 degree celsius over the state.

Forecast valid until Monday morning: Dry weather may prevail over the state.

Farmers weather bulletin: Dry weather may prevail over all the districts of the state.

Forecast for Bangalore: Clear sky. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 34 and 20 degree celsius respectively.
