Cong workers organise rally

Machilipatnam, March 16 (UNI) Congress volunteers organised a rally in Machilipatnam Port town this evening protesting what they called the "double standard" of Telugu Desam Party supremo N Chandrababu Naidu on the re-opening of Machilipatnam Port.

The agitators burnt an effigy of the former Chief Minister.

Muncipal Chairman Shaik Silar Dada, Machilipatnam Urban Bank President B Vittal and District Congress Committee General secretary M Venkateswara Rao participated in the rally.
