Baba Arts to pay 15 pc dividend

Mumbai, Mar 16 (UNI) Baba Arts, an entertainment company dealing in areas of intellectual property rights space, film production, home video and post-production, today declared a 15 per cent interim dividend on 10,05,0470 shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.

All those registered as shareholders of the company as on March 23, 2007 will be paid the dividend, Baba Arts said in a statement, adding 46.36 per cent of the shares lie in the public domain.
