Bollywood scriptwriter, journalist Pradeep Tiwari dead

Mumbai, Mar15 (UNI) Noted script writer and journalist Pradeep Tiwari died at the King Edwards Memorial (KEM) hospital after suffering from pancreas-related complications.

Survived by his wife, Tiwari, an alumnus of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), had written scripts for several films including the recent Hindi film 'Jawani Deewani'.

Thirty-nine-year-old Tiwari, who hailed from Bihar, had started his career in journalism from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.

He was cremated here this afternoon in the presence of his family members and a large gathering of film writers.
