Airman cremated with honours

Coimbatore, Mar 13 (UNI) The mortal remains of Airman Ramkumar (21) who died in a fire mishap at the Agra Air Force Station on March 11, was consigned to flames here with military honours.

According to Ramkumar's father Shanmugam, his son joined the Air Force a year ago and after training at Sulur Air Force Station, was posted to Agra.

He was seriously injured in a fire accident last Wednesday. He died at the Military Hospital.His body was brought here by a special flight last night.
