Action against guilty policemen trailing VP: Mulayam
Lucknow, Mar 13(UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today asserted that stern action would be taken against the erring policemen who were found trailing former Prime Minister V P Singh in New Delhi recently.
''The matter is very serious and i have asked the concerned official to investigate the episode,'' he said.
''None found guilty in the case'' will be spared, he said.
Three policemen, including two sub-inspectors of the Intelligence unit of the UP police, were apprehended by Delhi police when they were trailing the former PM from a hospital in Ghaziabad recently.
The case came in light when V P Singh complained to Union Home Ministry that UP government has engaged policemen to spy on him before the assembly polls.
