Teleperformance opens new facility at Gurgaon
New Delhi, Mar 11 (UNI) The 1.82 billion dollar-provider of outsourced CRM and contact centre services, Teleperformance, has opened its new state-of-the-art facility at the emerging software hub at Gurgaon.
The new house for 800 employees of the company's India subsidiary, Teleperformance India, was flagged off by Mr Dominic Data,CEO, Teleperformance USA Group and Mr Brent Welch, CEO, Teleperformance USA.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Dato said Teleperformance India ranked among the best outsourced CRM centres of Teleperformance across the world.
Mr Welch said Teleperformance worldwide has grown to about 70,000 employees across 42 countries handling over one billion customer contacts annually.
Teleperformance focuses on achieving operational excellence and delivering value added customer services, including inbound and outbound customer interaction, interactive voice response and technical support.
The company's proprietary customer contact management system has received the 2006 Product of the Year Award from Customer Interaction Solutions journal.
According to Mr Sanjay Mehta, Managing Director, Teleperformance India, the new facility follows the global data security standards and lays heavy emphasis on training and development of its people.
