Minister visits sick students

Hyderabad, Mar 11 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Health Minister K Rosaiah today visited the hospital at Nallakunata here in which hostellers of a women's college were admitted after they fell ill due to consuming contaminated water.

Nearly 100 hostellers of the Koti Women's College in the city were taken ill yesterday after drinking contaminated water and some of them admitted to hospital with symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

Of the 40 students admitted to the hospital, 18 were still under treatment and others discharged, Hospital Superintendent C Prasad said.
