Sanjay Trehan to head NDTV's dotcom venture

New Delhi, Mar 10 (UNI) Broadcast channel NDTV today announced the appointment of Mr Sanjay Trehan as the CEO of NDTV Convergence, a separate company under the NDTV Networks Plc umbrella.

Convergence houses all the dotcom and mobile properties of the NDTV Group, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NDTV Networks Plc.

Mr Trehan will work to build on the existing strengths of the channel's website ndtv.com.

NDTV Convergence will aim to build a synergy between all NDTV channels and the internet.

Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Broadband and Web 2.0 at Indiatimes.
