France's Chirac to address nation on Sunday

PARIS, Mar 8 (Reuters) French President Jacques Chirac will make a television declaration at 0030hrs on Sunday, his office said today.

Chirac is scheduled to soon announce whether he will run in the two-round April/May presidential election and is widely expected to say he will not seek a third term.
