Kashi Vishwanth Exp gets ISO 9001:2000 certificate

Varanasi, Mar 7: The Varanasi-New Delhi-Varanasi Kashi Vishwanath Express train which was recently awarded the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification was flagged off for the national capital by Divisional Railway Manager (Northern Railway) Lucknow R K Gupta.

The (4257/4258) Express train is the second train of Lucknow Division and sixth train of Northern Railway which has been awarded the global quality certification.

Interacting with newspersons Mr Gupta said yesterday the ISO certification would not only provide a conducive work atmosphere for the railway employees but also enhance modern passenger care.
