Mr. Vashistha selected 'FAO Today 2007' superstar

Bangalore, Mar 7: Investment, Advisory and Management Firm Tholons Inc Chairman and CEO Avinash Vashistha has been named as the 2007 Superstar for the Finance and Accounting outsourcing industry by 'FAO Today' magazine.

This was in recognition of a major role he played in bringing together users/buyers and Service Providers and facilitating deals.

Mr Avinash was recognised for captivating the world with his shared-services message and described as 'Acknowledged Services Globalisation Guru'.

Commenting on the recognition, Mr Vashistha said ''Tholons has been involved in providing advisory and investment support for the FAO industry and leading the development of shared services for key client processes globally.'' Mr Vashistha figured in the FAO Advisors list along with 21 others, all of whom have played a vital role in facilitating and shortening the vetting process while overseeing implementation and offering benchmarks in a market yet to hit its teenage years, according to a release here today.

'FAO Today' magazine's list of FAO Superstars published annually the industry's most influential service providers, buyers, advisors and opinion leaders of the finance and accounting BPO industry.
