ING Vysya Life receives ISO certification

Chennai, Mar 6 (UNI) ING Vysya Life has received the ISO 9001:2000 certification for providing customer services relating to policy issuance, post issuance services and claim processing.

The certification came from one of the country's premier certifying body Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt. Ltd., which had certified over 4,000 companies in India and has an industry experience of specific processes and requirements of each business, according to a release here today.

ING Vysya Life was the second life insurance company in the country to receive this recognition.

For ING Vysya Life, the recognition comes at an opportune time to support its expansion plans, the release added.
