Fire kills six in central Russian town
MOSCOW, Mar 5 (Reuters) At least six people died in a fire which destroyed an old house in the town of Ivanovo in central Russia today, the emergencies ministry said.
The fire ripped through a two-storey brick house with wooden partitions, a ministry spokesman said. Fire fighters arrived at the scene in a few minutes, but it took them more than two hours to put out the flames.
