End reservation to avoid social anarchy: Shankarachaya
Mathura, Mar 5 (UNI) Gowardhan Peethadheeshvar Jagatguru Shankaracharya today stressed upon the need ''to end the reservation policy to avoid social anarchy from spreading its roots in he country.'' ''Reservation is neither good for the reserved nor for the unreserved section of the society. If it is not stopped immediately, anarchial situation would be developed in the country,'' Gowardhan Peethadheeshwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Nischalanad Saraswati told mediapersons here.
''Instead of reservation, stress ought to be given on literacy and self-dependence. Reservation creates inferiority complex among the youths, who are the future citizens of India. Reservation might also lead to home war,'' he added.
