Airtel's Enterprise Services gets TL9000 certification

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Airtel's business division, Enterprise Services Corporate, has achieved TL9000 certification for its integrated data, mobile and fixed line products and related services.

''The certification is testimony of customer focus quality management systems and process efficiencies of the company,'' a statement said here today.

The TL9000 certification has been conferred on Enterprise Services Corporate for the voice, wireless, transport networks, private networks and internet access product categories.

The scope of the certification includes sales and marketing, design of services, customisation of business solutions and provisioning and customer support services for telecom products (voice and data) for enterprise customers across all locations of the business unit across the country.
