Kuwait govt resigns ahead of vote on health minister
KUWAIT, Mar 4 (Reuters) Kuwait's government today resigned, parliament members said, in a move aimed at thwarting a planned no-confidence motion against a health minister who is also a member of the ruling family.
''I have been informed that the government has presented its resignation,'' parliament member De'ij al-Shammari told Reuters.
