Blast in Pakistan wounds 4, including terror judge
MULTAN, Pakistan, Mar 2 (Reuters) A bomb exploded today near a flyover in the central Pakistan city of Multan, wounding four people including a judge, police said.
''Anti-terrorist special court judge Mohammad Bashir Bhatti and three others have been wounded in the blast,'' Assistant Inspector Mohammad Azmat Khan told Reuters.
Pakistan is in the midst of a nationwide security scare following a series of suicide bomb attacks that started after a military air strike in mid-January against compounds used by al Qaeda and Taliban fighters in the country's tribal lands, close to the Afghan border.
