Nikkei extends losses as exporters fall
TOKYO, Mar 1 (Reuters) The Nikkei share average fell 0.35 percent on Thursday, extending losses from the previous session's sell-off as investors continued to sell exporters such as Kyocera Corp. and Honda Motor Co. Ltd. due to concern about U.S. economic growth.
The Nikkei was down 78.16 points at 17,525.96 as of 0005 GMT.
The TOPIX was down 0.09 percent at 1,751.12.
