HP's supplementary budget passed
Shimla, Feb 27 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Assembly today unanimously passed the supplementary demands of Rs 1,047 crore for 2006-07.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh had presented the supplementary demands in the Vidhan Sabha on February 23, 2007.
Before putting the demands for vote, Mr. Singh said out of a total of Rs 1,047 crore demands, Rs 324.93 crore have been proposed under the plan schemes, Rs 191.30 crore under the centrally-sponsored schemes and Rs 531.29 crore under the non-plan.
There were no changes in the demands, presented in the House on February 23, Mr. Singh said after former Chief Minister P K Dhumal wanted to know whether there were any changes in the demands following which the demands were passed unanimously.
