Goa govt to introduce computer aided teaching/learning in schools
Panaji, Feb 27 (UNI) Education Minister Luizinho Faleiro today said the state government was planning to introduce ''computer-aided interactive teaching and learning'' in all schools upto 12th standard.
Mr Faleiro told reporters that Ghaziabad-based Jaiprakash Associates software company was preparing software for the project in all subjects.
The system, however, was only optional and the department was advised to write to all the schools to elicit their willingness.
Each school had to spend Rs 1.2 lakh for securing the software and a TV set for it, he added.
