Zee TV challenges order

Mumbai, Feb 26 (UNI) Zee Television, Marathi, has challenged a lower court's order against it in a cheating case filed by a lawyer-cum-social activist.

The social activist had filed a case against the director and others of Zee Television, alleging the largest share of income from SMS, received from viewers while voting for their favourite candidate in the ''Marathi show, ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'' went to Zee Television while the service providers received only a nominal amount.

A local Andheri court had issued orders in response to the petition.

Zee TV has moved a revision application in the session court.

The application came up before additional sessions judge M S Keny who has admitted the matter and adjourned the hearing till next month.
