Saif fine, discharged from hospital
Mumbai, Feb 25 (UNI) Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan, who was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital on February 18 following complaints of chest pain, was discharged from the hospital today.
''He is doing fine and has been advised a month's rest,'' a hospital spokesperson told UNI.
Saif who was to perform at Kenstar Max Stardust awards on February 18, however, complained of chest pain after the rehearsals and was admitted in the intensive care unit of the Lilavati Hospital where Dr Vivek Mehan and his team did an angiography on him.
Immediately upon learning about Saif's illness, Bollywood stars had rushed to the hospital to enquire after his health. Apart from sister Soha Ali Khan, girlfriend Rosa and mother Sharmila Tagore, among the Bolloywood personalities who visited the hospital were Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Preity Zinta, Fardeen Khan with wife Natasha, Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan, Pradeep S Sarkar, filmmaker Kunal Kohli and director Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
