Gold vessel donated

Tirumala, Feb 24 (UNI) A Bangalore-based devotee of Lord Venkateswara has donated Rs 25 lakh-worth gold vessel to the Lord Venkateswara Temple here.

The devotee, who preferred to be anonymous, handed over 2.5 kg gold vessel to temple peshkar Umapathy yesterday, a TTD official said.

The vessel would be used during special occasions like Maha Samprokshna in the temple, the official added.
