MP Assembly to observe 13 day recess

Bhopal, Feb 23 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will have 13-day recess during the Holi festival.

After the presentation of 2007-08 budget on February 26, the next sitting will be held only on March 12, Assembly sources said.

Besides the Holi festival, preoccupation of the members in the byelection to Gwalior and Sidhi Lok Sabha constituencies and Udaypura Assembly constituency, scheduled on March 8, led to prolonged recess.

UNI
