US says Iran has not met its obligations
WASHINGTON, Feb 22 (Reuters) The White House said today that a UN watchdog report shows that Iran has not met its obligations to halt its nuclear fuel programme.
Gordon Johndroe, spokesman for the White House National Security Council, said the US government had just received a copy of the report and that officials were studying it.
''An initial quick read is that Iran has not met its obligations under (UN Security Council resolution) 1737 and that's disappointing. We'll take a look at the report and discuss it with our allies,'' he said.
