New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Indian Justice Party's National President Udit Raj today floated a new party called Dalits, OBCs, Jhuggi-Jhopri residents and the poor (DOGJ) to make the forthcoming MCD elections 'multipolar'.

''Delhi elections have always been 'bipolar' characterised by monopoly and absence of options for the electorates,'' he said.

Alleging that both have been 'anti-people' and 'indiscriminately pro-rich', he said there should be a third option also. DOGJ will be an option to the people not wanting to vote either of them, he added.

Mr Raj unfolded a manifesto on the occasion. Since the poor people are the worst affected due to high inflation, he has given priority to making wheat and rice available at the rate of Rs 2.50 per kg and Rs 3.50 per kg respectively.

He also promised to allot the slum-dwellers land plots measuring 25 sq yard each.
