Ranchi, Feb 22 (UNI) Stung by an 'inferiority complex', a Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) MLA appeared for the matriculation examinations conducted by the Jharkhand Academic Council here.

JMM's Chakradharpur representative Sukhram Oraon said he often felt embarrassed whenever he was invited to felicitate matric toppers of his constituency.

Significantly three members of the family, including Mr Oraon's brother and son, also appeared for the examination.

Mr Oraon said without being properly educated, it was difficult for him to understand the people's problem.

He could not take tuition because of his busy schedule but his son helped him with notes, he said.

He had the dubious record of getting involved in more than 24 criminal cases but came out clean.
