Cong rebels join TDP

Rajahmundry, Feb 21 (UNI) East Godavari District Telugu Desam Party president Jyothula Nehru today said two Congress rebels, who contested successfully as Independent candidates in the Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation (RMC) elections, had joined the party.

Talking to reporters at the party election office, Mr Nehru said TDP would accommodate anyone who complied with party policies.

Isukapalli Serinivas, elected from the 37th division and Ajjarapu Srinivas Rao from the 48th division were the new faces.
