Iran wants atomic talks without condition
Tehran, Feb 20: The Iranian president said today that Iranwanted talks over its nuclear programme but would not acceptpreconditions to freeze uranium enrichment as demanded by a UN SecurityCouncil resolution.
''They tell us 'come and negotiate on Iran's nuclear issue but thecondition is to stop your activities.' We have said that we wantnegotiations and talks but negotiations under just conditions,''Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a speech broadcast on state TV, a daybefore the UN deadline to halt enrichment.
