Blast hits Afghan hospital, casualties unclear

KHOST, Afghanistan, Feb 20 (Reuters) An explosion rocked a hospital in southeastern Afghanistan, but the cause and casualties were not immediately clear, witnesses said.

The blast happened yesterday in Khost town as the provincial governor and foreign troops were visiting the hospital, they said.
