Teledata invests USD 105 million

Mumbai, Feb 19 (UNI) Chennai-based Teledata Informatics has invested USD 105 million to acquire majority stake in Singapore-headquartered PC maker eSys Technologies Pvt Ltd.

eSys Group CMD Mr Vikas told mediapersons here that the investment will enable Teledata capitalize on the synergy between Teledata and eSys which would help accelerate the business levels with tremendous prospect.

Teledata Informatics Ltd is a USD 234 million software solutions and services company with global operations across 18 countries.

Since its inception in 1990, the company has demonstrated a first rate growth to emerge as the global leader in IT markets.
