Teledata Informatics invests $ 105 mn for eSys

New Delhi, Feb 19: Teledata Informatics Ltd (TIL) today said it has invested 105 million dollars to acquire majority stake in Singapore-based IT Distribution major and PC maker eSys Technologies Pte Ltd.

''We are very impressed by the growth which eSys achieved in a short span of time. Their business model is robust, and we see our investment as an opportunity to partner in eSys' growth,'' company's Managing Director K Padmanabhan said.

The investment will enable the company capitalise on the synergy between the company and eSys which would help accelerate the business levels with tremendous prospect, the compay said.

Teledata Informatics Ltd, a 234-million-dollar software solutions and services company, has global operations across 15 countries.
